Does anyone know how to get Intuit to respond to a question? I tried call back. Intuit called back and hung up on me when I answered the phone. I tried chat. No luck.

Best thing to do, if no one needs access to your account, is to use the Search bar at the top of any page, here in the community to see if anyone else might have asked and received an answer that would help you.
If you still can't find your answer, you can always ask it here in the community. Again, as long as no one needs access to your account.

Talk to a human... Intuit called me back and hung up as soon as I answered the phone
Chat ... waiting almost half an hour before someone responded that they were there, then nothing. No answer to any of my prompts/questions.

Just warning you, even when you talk to a human your answer will not get resolved. You will find that the "expert" is searching for an answer on how to fix your issue just as you would do or you will get hung up on or you will stay on the phone for more than an hour with no resolution or you will have to repeat yourself several times before the rep semi-understands your issue or you will get transferred to someone else or ALL OF THE ABOVE. Not trying to be negative here, but not once in the 7 years that I've used QB, have I spoken with a rep who resolved my issue. There's another issue that I'm having now and I'm experiencing the same thing through the Q&A community minus the hang up.

This is not the kind of service we expect so we agree there.
Your response on how to speak with a live person are steps we are already aware of.
Please listen and pay careful attention to the issue at hand. It's not about how to contact a human, it's about all the others I outlined previously and other customers that experience the same thing. Calling QB just because you put the steps on there isn't going to magically change that. If you are a true expert in QB, as defined by the Webster dictionary please provide us with your direct contact information so that you can resolve our issues once and for all.

I waited all day for them to respond to chat. Have tried to have them call before and never received a call back. For the amount we pay for subscription, we should get a response. Way to go Intuit. Great customer service.
