Your response on how to speak with a live person are steps we are already aware of.
Please listen and pay careful attention to the issue at hand. It's not about how to contact a human, it's about all the others I outlined previously and other customers that experience the same thing. Calling QB just because you put the steps on there isn't going to magically change that.
