I'd like to share with you some insights regarding PDF Supplements for the certification exam.

The option to send the file via PDF is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You can instead open and print them from the Training & certification history area. I'll show you how:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online Accountant US.
2. Select ProAdvisor from the menu. Then, certifications will be available to you.
3. Navigate the Training tab.
4. Choose Training & certification history to access the previous certification.
5. For a current certification, badge, or exam, just select Certified. 
6. Once done, click on the Download Badge or Download Certificate option.

The modules are still available. However, we're unable to send them to your email. I'll walk you through how we can access them using your QuickBooks account. 

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
2. Select ProAdvisor.
3. Within the Training tab, you'll see all the modules under the QuickBooks Online Product Training.

I recognize the importance of being able to access the training modules. Let me help and route you in the right direction on how to get them.

You can print them from the Training library area. I'll show you how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant US.
2. Click ProAdvisor from the left menu. Then, you'll see all the certifications available to you.
3. Tick the Training tab.
4. Select the Training library to access the certification. 
5. If you're looking for a current certification, badge, or exam, just choose Certified. Then, press the Download Badge or Download Certificate option. Please see the screenshot below for visual preferences.

1. Go to ProAdvisor.
2. Select Training.
3. In the Training History section, select Learn more.
4. Find the certification you need.
5. Select the icon in the Certification column. You can also download past badges and certificates in the same section.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?), and click the Search tab.
3. Choose Contact Us, then provide a short description of your concern.
4. Select Continue and determine how you would like to connect with an expert:

• Chat with us
• Have us call you
• Call us
