I'd like to share with you some insights regarding PDF Supplements for the certification exam.
The option to send the file via PDF is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You can instead open and print them from the Training & certification history area. I'll show you how:
- Log in to QuickBooks Online Accountant US.
- Select ProAdvisor from the menu. Then, certifications will be available to you.
- Navigate the Training tab.
- Choose Training & certification history to access the previous certification.
- For a current certification, badge, or exam, just select Certified.
- Once done, click on the Download Badge or Download Certificate option.
