I recognize the importance of being able to access the training modules. Let me help and route you in the right direction on how to get them.
You can print them from the Training library area. I'll show you how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant US.
- Click ProAdvisor from the left menu. Then, you'll see all the certifications available to you.
- Tick the Training tab.
- Select the Training library to access the certification.
- If you're looking for a current certification, badge, or exam, just choose Certified. Then, press the Download Badge or Download Certificate option. Please see the screenshot below for visual preferences.
