Hello adkinstransporta,
Thank you for connecting with the Community. This is very interesting. Let's go ahead and open a private browser to see if this is a browser-related issue. Here's how:
- Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you can go to step 4 in the private browser, you need to clear your cache. Removing those corruptions allows the page to load a clean copy.
Depending on the browser you have, follow this link to clear those cache. Another solution would be to use a different browser and redo those steps.
Let me know if this corrects this problem! I will be around. See you later.

I just tried to e-file my 2023 1099's. The process appears to be stuck. I get a banner saying "e-file processing". But there's been no progress for almost 30 minutes. Not sure what to do.
I could try to cancel and just mail in hard copies of the 1099's. But I don't want to do that if the e-filing eventually goes through, as there would be 2 copies of each 1099 on record.
What can I do?
