If you are signed in as an admin and all the necessary vendor information, such as EIN and address, is complete, you can proceed with filing 1099s in QuickBooks Online.   1. In your QBO account, click on the Help icon.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your issue and follow the on-screen instructions.
