We can start by resorting your Chart of Accounts (COA) lists. This process is usually used whenever you encounter odd behavior in any name lists on your account. Here's how:
- In your QBDT account, click the Lists tab.
- Next, choose Chart of Accounts.
- Then, scroll down and place a checkmark in the Include Inactive box.
- After that, select the Account button at the bottom left and select Re-sort List.
- Select the OK button.
Once done, close and reopen your company file. Then, check if you still encounter the same thing.
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Technical support team. When connected, you can request a screen-share session so they can further investigate the root cause of the problem.
