I'd recommend reaching out to our customer care team to file a complaint. It's important to clearly outline the issues you encountered and provide any relevant details to ensure your complaint is properly addressed.

- Then, Contact Us.
- Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
- Lastly, choose either Start a chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.
