Sending a Complaint to Quickbooks

Can someone assist me in finding out how I might register a complaint with Quickbooks so that they can be aware of the substandard levels of service I feel I have received in a recent call with one of their agents? I have tried to reach out by way of the chat interface that they advertise but it seems to be down at the moment and I am unable to communicate my discontent that way.

I'd recommend reaching out to our customer care team to file a complaint. It's important to clearly outline the issues you encountered and provide any relevant details to ensure your complaint is properly addressed.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Then, Contact Us.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
  4. Lastly, choose either Start a chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.
