Does anyone know a solution to the "Confirm accounts for your payment methods" in App Transactions not working? Started recently and will glitch out and not save.

I have screenshots but App Transactions is asking us to "Confirm accounts for your payment methods" on a card we have used for a few years. This started a few weeks ago but when I click to confirm, the prompt window does not work (i.e. the drop down to select from is hidden behind pop up window). When I click save, it loads a weird update with some dots but does not actually save.

Same problem! This has frustrated me for weeks now! How can they let this go unresolved for SO long?! When I click save, these 3 black dots popup and then nothing. We pay way to much for this software for this type of issue. I have tried all the suggestions... logging out, clearing cache, incognito, different browsers, PC, mobile device. Nothing works. Here's what I get after trying to confirm the account and clicking the Save button.
