I cannot seem to find a way to manage my subscription on through Apple, Apstroe etc. Can you help me!

You're right that the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus plan lets you create and send purchase orders. It also includes features like inventory management, project tracking, and support for more users. Since you signed up on an iOS device, Apple manages your billing. To upgrade, just follow these steps in your Apple account settings:

Open the App Store.
Tap on your Apple ID profile (upper right corner).
Click on Subscriptions.
Tap on the QuickBooks Online mobile app to update your subscription to the Plus service level.
