Manage Suppliers and Expenses

It seems you're having trouble because subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store must be managed in your Apple account, not on the QuickBooks website, Russoretief1.

 

You're right that the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus plan lets you create and send purchase orders. It also includes features like inventory management, project tracking, and support for more users. Since you signed up on an iOS device, Apple manages your billing. To upgrade, just follow these steps in your Apple account settings:

 

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID profile (upper right corner).
  3. Click on Subscriptions.
  4. Tap on the QuickBooks Online mobile app to update your subscription to the Plus service level.

 

If these steps do not work, try canceling your current subscription with Apple first. After that, you can export your data, reports, and lists from the program. You can also move your lists from another QBO company. For detailed steps, see this article: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
 
After that, go to the QuickBooks Plans & Pricing page. Then, choose the QBO Plus plan and enter your details to finish your subscription.
