Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to connect your card reader and GoPayments app, @rvrehabllc.

 

First, refresh the Card Reader. You can turn it off, then wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.

 

Then, disconnect and reconnect the card reader through the Go Payments app to re-establish the connection.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the QuickBooks Online Mobile App and select the Gear icon from the home screen.
  2. Choose Card Readers, then select the specific card reader you're using.
  3. Under Reader Actions, tap Disconnect Reader.
  4. Select Reconnect Reader.
