Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to connect your card reader and GoPayments app, @rvrehabllc.
First, refresh the Card Reader. You can turn it off, then wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.
Then, disconnect and reconnect the card reader through the Go Payments app to re-establish the connection.
Here's how:
- Open the QuickBooks Online Mobile App and select the Gear icon from the home screen.
- Choose Card Readers, then select the specific card reader you're using.
- Under Reader Actions, tap Disconnect Reader.
- Select Reconnect Reader.
