This is a horrible work around that is more trouble than it's worth.  QuickBooks &/or Melio need to fix this to make online bill payments viable.  They are charging us 50 Cents per transaction now, so they should be able to manage partial payments that are taking a discount or a credit.  We really need to be able to pay our vendors this way and send them a detailed remittance.
