Since the contents of the notifications you received has been changed, I recommend contacting our technical support team. This way, we'll be able to look into your account in a secure environment and investigate the problem further.
 
Here's how:
 
  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company and select Help (?) at the top right corner.
  2. Select or type Contact Us.
  3. Write down your concern, then click Let's talk.
  4. Choose Chat or Callback.
