Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Navigate to Help and select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Choose Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief explanation of your issue and click Continue.
  5. Log in to your Intuit account, select Continue, then choose Continue with my account.
  6. You'll receive a single-use code via email. Enter this code and click Continue.
  7. Choose to chat with us or Have us call you.
