To help verify what the potential chargebacks backs for, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Payments Team. They can also review your account and provide you with further explanations about the chargeback. Here's how to connect with them:

 

Contact us through QuickBooks Online

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.

 

You can also contact support via chat using the Merchant Service Center.
