Let me help you delete the check. You need to open the check and delete the payment from there.
Here are the steps you can follow.
- Go to Sales from the left menu, then Customers.
- Click the customer's name to open the profile.
- Go to the Transactions List tab
- Find the payment and open it.
- Select More, then Delete.
