Let me help you delete the check. You need to open the check and delete the payment from there.

Here are the steps you can follow.

1. Go to Sales from the left menu, then Customers.
2. Click the customer's name to open the profile.
3. Go to the Transactions List tab
4. Find the payment and open it.
5. Select More, then Delete.
