This then becomes the definition of insanity where the same thing happens over and over again with the end result being that I still have not been able to get any help with the problems we are experiencing.
As for the help page, as I said before, I was able to start talking to someone, but after explaining the issues we were having, the call was disconnected and I was too annoyed and frustrated to try calling back again.
