- Go to the Help menu, then click Quickbooks Desktop Help or press the F1 key.
- Hit the Contact Us button, as seen in the display.
- Enter a brief description of the problem.
- Select Continue.
- Choose which method you would like to connect. The options will be chat or our call-back feature.
