Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Since you have used the Tool Hub troubleshooting steps and other suggestions, it would be best to contact our Support Team to examine the matter more. They have the tools to pull up a share screen and see exactly what you're seeing and make adjustments. Here's how to contact us:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Quickbooks Desktop Help or press the F1 key.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button, as seen in the display.
  3. Enter a brief description of the problem.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Choose which method you would like to connect. The options will be chat or our call-back feature.
