Thanks for chiming in on this thread, Kingfish1979.

I'll share some steps to help you update the information.

To match your new EFTPS Internet password in QuickBooks Desktop E-Pay, you can follow the steps below. Before doing so, please make sure to do the following:

Then, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Employees Payroll Center > Pay Liabilities.
  2. In the Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities section, select the federal liability to e-pay, and select View/Pay.
  3. Verify that E-payment is selected, and choose E-pay.
  4. Clear the Remember My Information for next Time checkbox.
  5. Enter your 4-Digit PIN and new EFTPS Internet password.
  6. Enter any other missing information.
  7. Click Submit.

When you make an e-payment next time, please re-enter your 4-Digit PIN and EFTPS Internet password. Then, select the Remember My Information for next Time option.

For more information, you can read this article: Update your EFTPS Internet password.

If you have additional questions or other concerns, please let me know in your reply. I'm always around to answer them. Take care!
