I'll share some steps to help you update the information.
To match your new EFTPS Internet password in QuickBooks Desktop E-Pay, you can follow the steps below. Before doing so, please make sure to do the following:
Then, follow these instructions:
- Go to Employees > Payroll Center > Pay Liabilities.
- In the Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities section, select the federal liability to e-pay, and select View/Pay.
- Verify that E-payment is selected, and choose E-pay.
- Clear the Remember My Information for next Time checkbox.
- Enter your 4-Digit PIN and new EFTPS Internet password.
- Enter any other missing information.
- Click Submit.
When you make an e-payment next time, please re-enter your 4-Digit PIN and EFTPS Internet password. Then, select the Remember My Information for next Time option.
