At this time, it's best to reach out to our Phone Support team. An agent will take a look at your account. I will also escalate this issue to our Technical Support Department. This way, they will find the root cause of why you're getting a 195 error when trying back up the company file.

 

Here are the steps on how to get in touch with our Phone Support agents:

 

  1. Click the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Scroll down and then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter 195 error as your keyword.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.

 

You can also take a look at restoring a backup copy of your company file for more information.
