At this time, it's best to reach out to our Phone Support team. An agent will take a look at your account. I will also escalate this issue to our Technical Support Department. This way, they will find the root cause of why you're getting a 195 error when trying back up the company file.
Here are the steps on how to get in touch with our Phone Support agents:
- Click the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Scroll down and then click the Contact Us button.
- Enter 195 error as your keyword.
- Click Continue.
- Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
