Hi @COASTAL BYPRODUCTS,

 

Here are a few things you can check as to why a transaction doesn't show on the reconciliation page.

  1. The selected reconciliation period is incorrect.
    • To resolve this, open the credit card's register, then confirm the actual dates on the transactions. Edit your reconciliation statement date as necessary.
  2. The transaction is marked as reconciled on the register.
    • Same as above, open the credit card's register, then confirm the reconciliation status of the transactions. If they appear to be reconciled, then change their reconciliation status.
