Hello tracyagardner,

 

You'll have to set up your partner as a vendor in QuickBooks. This way, you can track your partner's distribution checks. Let me guide you how.

  1. Click Expenses in your left navigation menu.
  2. Click Vendors at the top.
  3. Click New Vendor.
  4. Fill out the information and click Save.
