You'll have to set up your partner as a vendor in QuickBooks. This way, you can track your partner's distribution checks. Let me guide you how.
- Click Expenses in your left navigation menu.
- Click Vendors at the top.
- Click New Vendor.
- Fill out the information and click Save.
