  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon.
  3. Hit the Search tab, and click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Type in your concern under What can we help you with? field.
  5. Click Continue and choose a way to connect: Chat with us or Schedule an appointment.
