Nope, I have tired new PO's, old PO's and still cannot get it to stop closing entire line item after I bill for partial.
QBO emails me to call support. Of course I did that first and after 1.5 hours, they said "it's by design". I can pay more money to QBO to speak to an expert. You can imagine, I won't be doing that.
