Let’s reset your password and recover your account using the Forgot User ID or Password option, Roger.

 

Please follow these steps:

 

  1. Click this link to access the account recovery page.
  2. Enter your account’s phone number, email address, or User ID.password reset 1.png
  3. Select Forgot password.

  4. Choose to receive a verification code via email or text.
  5. Enter the code in the verification box and click Continue.Password reset 3.png
  6. Create and update a new password.

 

Once you have completed these steps, you can sign in using your new password.
