Let’s reset your password and recover your account using the Forgot User ID or Password option, Roger.
Please follow these steps:

- Enter your account’s phone number, email address, or User ID.
- Select Forgot password.
- Choose to receive a verification code via email or text.
- Enter the code in the verification box and click Continue.
- Create and update a new password.
Once you have completed these steps, you can sign in using your new password.
