Since the QuickBooks Tool Hub steps didn’t resolve the price level issue, I suggest contacting our technical support team. They have the expertise to assist you.

 

You can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Navigate to the Help menu.
  3. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  4. Select Contact Us.
  5. Provide a short description of your concern, then click Continue.
  6. Use your Intuit account to sign in or Create a new account, then Continue.
  7. Enter the single-use code sent to your email and click Continue.
  8. Either choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.
