You can follow the steps below:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Navigate to the Help menu.
- Click QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Select Contact Us.
- Provide a short description of your concern, then click Continue.
- Use your Intuit account to sign in or Create a new account, then Continue.
- Enter the single-use code sent to your email and click Continue.
- Either choose to Chat with us or Have us call you.
