To change the icon bar from the left side to the top in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), please close your QBDT and follow these steps:
However, if the issue persists, ensure you're using the latest QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version to take advantage of the newest features and product enhancements. If your software is current, try using the QuickBooks Tool Hub to address the vendor issue. Please close your QBDT first and then follow the steps outlined below:
