The option to clear out the stuck order in the express pick/pack tab is unavailable. I can see this feature would be helpful and, I recommend sending feedback to the developers to request it.

 

To send feedback, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
  2. Click on the Help menu in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Send Feedback Online.
  4. In the feedback window, choose Product Suggestion.
  5. In the description box, state your feedback about the Express Pick/Pack tab.
  6. Once done, click Send Feedback.
