Since the Price Rules feature isn't currently available in the new invoice experience, I'd recommend switching to the old layout. You can follow the steps I'll outline below. Please know that the steps will depend on your current subscription.
If you're within the old invoice layout after the steps above, select a customer and add a Product/Service to check if price rules automatically update.
If the price rules don't update after selecting a customer and product/service, I'd recommend manually selecting it from the Amount column in the old invoice layout.
