Hi there, RAS1976. I'd like to provide some information regarding the PAP Premier Software Bundle.

 

It appears that the PAP Premier Software Bundle isn't loaded to your account, even though you have already subscribed to it. To resolve this issue, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They are experts in dealing with such situations and will be able to securely access your account and investigate why you're unable to access the bundle.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concerns.
  5. Click Continue.
  6.  Choose to chat with us or Have us call you.
