Allow me to help you move your data back to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) from QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before anything else, let me share the things that move from QBO to QBDT. For General Journal Entries, transactions with multiple accounts receivable or accounts payable lines move to multiple journal entries.
Also, Credit memos, Sales Receipts, Received payments, Bills, Bill Payments, Invoices, and Refund receipts. Feel free to read this article for more info: Learn how features and data move from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.
To start moving the data, you'll need to sign in to QBO and download the migration tool. Here's how:
After that, prepare the file for export and select your data in QBO. For detailed steps, check out this article: Move your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop.
I'll also add this page to help you check the transactions you migrated in QBDT if it's accurate: QuickBooks Desktop Reports page.
For additional questions on moving your data to QBDT, click the Reply button below. I'll be willing to help. Have a good one.
