You can access your account using an incognito or private browser and check if the problem persists. You can follow the shortcut keys below:
If you can already send the emails successfully, you can clear your browser's cache to remove and fix your browser and start a clean slate.
On the other hand, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support team to review your profile and pull up your account securely to isolate the cause of this issue. You can also follow up on the pending ticket you mentioned and provide you an update on it.
