This is not the service we want you to experience with QuickBooks, @pennywise77. I'll be here to share a workaround so you can email your invoices and other reminders successfully.
Since you received a delivery message while sending the invoices, you can start by reviewing the billing subscription of your account to see if it's active. Follow the steps below for your reference:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and Billing.
- Review the information on your subscription.
If your account is active, you can proceed to troubleshoot your browser. It might be due to cache-induced browsers that can affect the program's performance and hinder you from sending invoices to your clients. You can access your account using an incognito or private browser and check if the problem persists. You can follow the shortcut keys below:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you can already send the emails successfully, you can clear your browser's cache to remove and fix your browser and start a clean slate.
On the other hand, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support team to review your profile and pull up your account securely to isolate the cause of this issue. You can also follow up on the pending ticket you mentioned and provide you an update on it.
Furthermore, I'll attach this article for future reference to manage your invoices and other sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
