In QBOA, you can add clients with existing QBO companies or those who haven't started their QuickBooks journey. Depending on the situation, if your client has their own QBO account, they may have invited you to be their accountant, but you haven't added them to your accounting firm. We'll be happy to input the steps below:
- Access QuickBooks Online Accountant company.
- On the left navigational bar, go to the Clients tab.
- Click Add client.
- Enter the necessary details.
- Once done, click the Save button.
