If you haven't tried some of the troubleshooting steps that were provided above, I recommend running our QuickBooks Tool Hub. This fixes uncommon issues in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) software.

 

Here's how:

  1. Close your QuickBooks application
  2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

They have additional tools to do a remote session and investigate this further. They can also create a new investigation for this issue, and once it has been opened, you’ll receive an email notification about the updates and progress of the investigation.

  1. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu.
  2. You can also press F1 on your keyboard to bring up the same Help Panel.

  4. Click Continue.
