• Navigate to the Chrome menu, select Help, and click About Google Chrome to ensure you have the latest version of Google Chrome.
• Verify that your operating system is up to date and meets or exceeds the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online.
• Check that your internet speed (bandwidth) is not limiting your QuickBooks Online experience. Run a Google Speed Test to confirm the bandwidth/speed of your connection.
