how to get Support Case ID or chat history for Issue reported. I realized there is no activity tracker for open case with QBO support. And chat history not available too
I was online with 1st support person Eltha going thru troubleshooting more then 20 min. Very deep and chat connection error. I have to create new chat log with 2nd support staff Kelvin and have to re-explain 20min history before he able to work on the case. Both of the support staff was helpful but become ineffective when chat connection become issue.
