Hello,

I have been entering my payroll checks manually the day that they are issued, but they are not always cashed until a week or two later.  I am a small business owner and I know enough to get my daily numbers entered, but my husband questioned my process of when I was entering payroll checks and being able to match them with bank records when they are cashed.  I have not had an issue with them at the end of the month, but I need to find out from someone that knows more about this subject if I am doing it correctly or not.  Thank you.
