I DON'T understand why this isn't a priority to get fixed.  We can't be the only ones experiencing this problem.  Just when i think it won't happen again it does.  I have to reconcile my offset report everyday.  If i had an opportunity to switch to something affordable with the same features i would have already switched.  Tech support is a joke and throws this back on me as a "me problem".  And as much as we pay for the renewals, we should be a priority.
